The service

Media Market creates short-form videos and picture posts for your business from footage and information you provide, on a monthly subscription.

Plans and monthly allotments

• Each plan includes a set number of videos, picture posts and revisions per month, as shown on our pricing page.
• Your allotment resets on your billing date each month. Unused videos and picture posts do not roll over.
• Footage you upload stays in your account and can be used in later months until it is removed.
• Videos run between 2 and 10 seconds unless we agree otherwise.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price of your plan until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference for the current period is charged right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Discounts

Promotional codes apply only as described when issued (for example, a percentage off for a set number of months) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Revisions

A revision round is one set of change requests for one video. Plans with unlimited revisions are subject to fair use. [LEGAL REVIEW: define fair use.]

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and you allow us to edit it to create your content. [LEGAL REVIEW: ownership of finished work and any portfolio use.]

Music

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, uploads, new requests and new deliveries pause until the balance is paid; previously delivered files remain available.

Account closure
